On or about October 9, 2025, in that case, GPL obtained a judgment against Lordon, in the amount of $14,091,973.60, plus costs in the amount of $14,757.18.
On or about October 17, 2025, GPL applied for the issuance of a writ of execution on the judgment.
On or about October 27, 2025, GPL caused a levy to be executed against Lordon’s bank accounts.
On November 3, 2025, Lordon commenced their Chapter 11 case.

Armory is comprised of financial advisors who specialize in insolvency, bankruptcy and corporate reorganization.
While James Wong will be the professional at Armory primarily responsible for providing financial advisory services to Lordon; he will be assisted by other professionals at Armory, as necessary. Mr. Wong’s normal billing rate is $625.00 per hour for insolvency and related advisory services. To the extent any of Armory’s staff are needed to render services for matters, their rates are $475.00 to $575.00 per hour.
